A Patient-Centric Approach To Getting The “Yes” With Less Stress
We’re Scrapping The Stigma Of Sales
While being occasionally politically incorrect.CloseForChiro was founded with one thing in mind: to redefine the meaning of “sales” for chiropractors, allowing them to have the practice of their dreams.
Founded by Dr. Dan Bai, his inspiration came after seeing an increasing number of chiropractors struggling to get by because they considered “sales” a dirty word.
He noticed that while there were a lot of wonderfully trained doctors out there, many either “winged” their sales process or used old-school tactics that were out of touch with today’s patients.
That’s why, in 2013, after turning around his once-failing practice by diving deep into sales, he decided to get into the chiropractic consulting space.
Dr. Dan witnessed first-hand how the communication skills he learned took him from being on the cusp of closing his doors to having the practice of his dreams in just a few short years.
Soon, word of his methods spread, gaining attention from both docs in need of fixing a broken chiropractic sales process and those wanting to expand with the help of sales training.
This led to the birth of CloseforChiro in 2016.
The goal? To rally a sharp, vibrant group of docs, all helping each other build the practice of their dreams.
Turning “sales” from a dirty word into a skill embraced by our profession – no different than finance or operations.
We’re convinced that today’s million-dollar practices combine proven sales principles with modern-day bedside manners.
We believe the way you communicate the value of chiropractic matters.
And that a battle-tested Day 1 & Day 2 protocol can transform any practice.
You have the power to build the practice of your dreams, earn a great living while doing it, and make an impact on your community.
Through our chiropractic coaching program and community of docs, we’ve helped over 4000 DCs better communicate the value of chiropractic, relieving the stress from their business finances, all while getting more new chiropractic patients committing to long-term care.
We’ve done it without manipulating patients.
Without selling them services they don’t need.
And without selling out their integrity.
We’re ready to help you do the same.

Jennifer Rozenhart, DC
Chief Executioner
Dr. Jen hails from Canada but makes her home in Gilbert, AZ. Her success stems from ONE thing.
Her relentless pursuit to see results not only for herself but for the many doctors she teaches and mentors.
A consummate educator and passionate wife and mother, she brings a perspective that is unique AND relatable.
She finds teaching at MasterClass to be one of the most rewarding parts of the role. It’s like night and day seeing the transformation that takes place when her mentees become intentional about their office procedures and systems.
Aside from keeping Sean and Dan in ‘check’, she’s responsible for executing the plethora of duties at C4C. She’s never late, gets Sh*t done, and always does it with a smile.
Dr. Jen is a 1997 graduate of Palmer West. She has an active full-time practice in Gilbert AZ, with her sister Dr. Stephanie.
Her home life is FUN with her two boys, husband Dale, his race cars, and three dogs. She loves to cook and can recommend a handful of incredible hikes and restaurants when you visit Arizona.
Daniel Bai, DC
Founder and CEO
When Dr. Dan started practicing in 2001 after graduating from Life University, he was immediately met with adversity. And thank goodness for that. His deep dive into chiropractic sales training helped develop a program that’s transformed the practices (and lives) of thousands of chiropractors.
A proclaimed renaissance man, he’s interested in almost anything. He’s had odd jobs like playing professional poker, played obscure sports like fencing, and loves all things transportation. He gets bored very easily and has trouble staying on task. Good thing he has partners (see Jen and Sean).
Dr. Dan thrives on the creative process and finding better ways to make what he teaches more consumable. In his eyes, it’s simply not enough to provide information, he makes it his responsibility that everyone can put what he teaches into action.
When asked what he’s GREAT at, he’ll always answer: he’s a kick-ass teacher first and foremost. He knows … that makes all the difference.
Born in Seoul, South Korea (not North Korea), Dr. Dan calls the Chicago area home. He has a VERY understanding wife, Sheila, 2 boys, and a pair of Yorkies.
On his off time, he coaches the boys in their respective sports and is on the never ending journey to find the right hair product.
Sean Rundle, DC
Chief Innovation Officer
When you need a hug or a laugh, Dr. Sean is your man. He’s the “Nuts and Bolts” of the operation, grading homework, answering questions, and helping place doctors in our post-course accountability groups.
In short, if you need a push in the right direction, he’s your man.
What Dr.Sean loves most about the role is helping teach the concept of chiropractic sales to today’s doctors. He says he’s personally witnessed this single skill save thousands of doctors from having to close their offices.
Dr. Sean, a veteran practitioner, is always looking for creative ways to explain and teach business concepts that are usually either too complex or just outright boring.
Hailing from Southern California (yet he really doesn’t say DUDE enough), he is STOKED to be a part of the C4C movement.
He’s not always appropriate, but he means well. He is 100% committed to helping chiropractors see more patients and build their business.
Kelly O’Toole
VP of Operations
Kelly’s our VP of Operations and the mastermind behind our in-person events. Born and raised in the South suburbs of Chicago, she’s personally responsible for making every event a smashing success. When she’s not orchestrating our events, you can find her volunteering with her local animal rescue or at home with her 6ish dogs, 5 cats and a lively bunch of foster pets! Kelly brings both structure and compassion to our team, and we couldn’t imagine C4C without her.
Ashley Kim
Executive Assistant
Ashley’s our Executive Assistant extraordinaire from Toronto. She’s the wizard behind the curtain at C4C, and the heart-beat of our day-to-day. When she’s not juggling tasks with ninja-like precision, she’s pumping up the energy as a certified group fitness instructor, leading HIIT classes with a fire that’s contagious. At home, Ashley’s life is just as lively, filled with the joys of her two elementary-aged kids. Whether it’s getting things done at work or at home, Ashley does it with a flair that’s all her own.
